| Avery Glasser co-founded ActiveAnalysis and is driving the voice, biometrics and Identity 2.0 communities with a balanced approach taken from his years of experience both as an analyst, as a product designer and as a technology implementer. He is currently the CTO and co-founder of VxV Solutions, where he is blending voice biometric technology with the user-centric identity models. Prior to taking a leadership role at VxV Solutions, he was an analyst with Opus Research, where he focused on voice architecture, services oriented architecture, voice technologies and protocols and voice biometrics – publishing dozens of reports on industry topics as well as guiding many enterprises through new product releases.
Avery started his career over a decade ago focusing on enhanced voice solutions. He has managed the network IVR platform and built hundreds of voice applications while at MCI, designed an overall speech recognition strategy for The Hartford, managed the enterprise voice platform and helped form the European Managed Services architecture practice for Genesys and designed products for VOICE.TRUST AG and VoicInt Telecommunications while living in Germany. |

Daniel Hong is one of the founders of ActiveAnalysis and an active member of the emerging technologies community where he analyzes trends, strategies and practices for voice solutions across CRM, enterprise, desktop, mobile and ubiquitous computing environments. He is currently a Lead Analyst at Datamonitor where he heads the firm's global voice business research and consulting practice. Over the years, he has acted as an advisor and consultant to various Fortune 500 companies. He has also written many industry white papers on speech self-service and routing, process optimization, open-standards and enterprise IP solutions.
Prior to joining Datamonitor, Daniel was a Research Associate at the Columbia Business School's Institute for Tele-Information, where he spearheaded the institute's technology research initiatives. In the past, Daniel has also worked for embedded RTOS software, telecommunications and semiconductor companies in research, business development, marketing and strategic planning roles. |
