Two weeks ago, I submitted a finalized version of our "Plan B" for Yahoo! to their Corporate Secretary as nine points of business that I will ask to bring forward at this May's Yahoo! annual meeting of shareholders.

On January 7th, I first asked fellow Yahoo! shareholders to contribute your ideas towards a "Plan B" that we could present as an alternative to Yahoo!'s Board, Management, and Shareholders.
